7 summits

The 7 Summits is the name given to the highest mountains on each of the seven continents. In 1985, Richard Bass, also a businessman and amateur mountaineer like us, was the first person ever to have climbed all 7 mountains. Less than 300 people have followed him in the 25 years since Bass coined the idea.

Climbing all 7 Summits takes us to the far corners of the world; from Argentina to Australia and from Alaska to Antarctica. In and between these places Earth exists with all its extremes, natural and man-made, physical and mental. We plan to not only discover mountains, but also new friends and different customs. Like entrepreneurship, each mountain is a journey where many unexpected directions will have to be taken and valuable insights experienced.
